Showers of rains with severe thunderstorms are expected along the coastal belts of Ghana and in the hilly areas across the country. This is a report from the Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMA), dated on 24th September 2022. The agency is of the believe that cloudiness will engulf most part of the southern Ghana with a little extension to the middle part of Ghana.

This release from the agency seeks to give the general public the analysis on the day’s condition. There will be partly cloudy weather conditions across the country with slight places receiving showers of rains this early hours.
The raining season is still with us but has been calm on us for some days now. This season has brought about the writing of new history in the books of the nation as it has caused great havoc to towns across the country. This includes heavy and recurrent flooding associated with mass destruction of properties and lives as well.

The Ghana Meteorological Agency(GMA) as at this morning has released its daily weather forecast which determines the amount of moisture in the air and a possible rainfall across the country. In its communique issued this morning says, there is a high possibility of cloudy weather conditions partly in the Coastal belts that covers essential towns like: Accra, Takoradi, Axim, Aflao, Kasoa, Ho and its environs.
The weather patterns keep changing day by day with still some more rains for the season. Available information from the Ghana Meteorological Agency indicates that morning temperatures will vary between 24 and 25 degrees Celsius general across the entire country. The afternoon will see temperatures rising to 29 to 32 degrees Celsius and later on the evening through to the night, temperatures will drop again to as low as 23 in the coastal towns and the Northern sector with temperatures around 28 degrees Celsius.
The Ghana Meteorological Agency Warns the General Public on the weather conditions throughout the day. Its release this morning states that there is a possible misty weather conditions with cloudy in most part of the Southern Ghana. Places like Koforidua, Kumasi, Obuasi, Accra, Ho, Axim, Takoradi, Aflao are likely to experience a cloudy conditions this morning through to the mid-afternoon with a little drizzling in the mentioned areas.
The release of this report is to get the general public informed in the conditions of the weather today to help prevent any unforeseen circumstances. The rough nature of the sea has necessitated a heavy thunderstorms coming towards Ghana. At the release of this report, many parts in the Middle zones of the country are partly cloudy.
The entire country is expected to be cloudy from the early hours of this morning through to the evening. The cloudines is likely to cause rainfall in most areas this morning. Cases of thunderstorm with slight to moderate rains are expected over the Northern sector this morning giving way to partly cloudy situation in the afternoon. Similar conditions are expected in the middle sector. Driving around the mountainous areas should be careful as mist will be high. This morning temperatures will be between 22 to 25 degrees Celsius whiles the afternoon temperatures will be around 29 to 32 degrees for the entire country.
