Akontombra Assembly erupts into ecstatic scenes
The Akontombra District Assembly erupted into wild jubilation following the overwhelming endorsement of Yawson Amoah as the District Chief Executive (DCE). He received 100 percent approval by the assembly with all the 20 members voting yes for him. This was at an election supervised by the Electoral Commission (EC) and witnessed by large crowd of party supporters, relatives and friends.
