Parliament resumed today, Thursday, June 10, 2021 for the 11th sitting of the 2nd meeting of the 1st Session of the 8th Parliament. The session began with the adoption of agreements admitted the previous day. After that some ministers were expected to present some papers to the House.
The whole issue was as a result of the Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin while introducing the dignitaries at the inauguration of President Akuffo-Addo made mention of one Ramatu Bawumia as the wife of Mahamudu Bawumia instead of Samira Bawumia.
