Some time ago, the president of the Republic of Ghana has been updating his facebook page on the developmental projects that he is undertaking in the country.
The president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo told Kwame Sefa Kayi that, he has notice the words of his opposition over the uncompleted projects. Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo says, he sometimes wonder how his opposition denies the fact of him not completing projects in some of the regions in Ghana.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is in the Central Region to showcase the steady progress the country is making with his signature One District One Factory (1D1F) Initiative, to create job opportunities and wealth for the people. The 1D1F has been a key plank in the government’s agenda to industrialize the economy, to end the West African country’s over reliance on donor support for development.
A young man resident in Akyem Afosu in the Birim North District in the Eastern region has been shot to death by some unknown persons. The young man was illegally cutting down trees at night in the Oseikrom forest in the area. He was there together with other persons when a gun was shot in the air.
President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, is set to embark on a two-day tour of the Central Region, today, October 18, 2021. This is as part of his annual working visits to the 16 Regions of the country. President Akufo-Addo’s itinerary includes the commissioning and inspection of projects under Government’s one-District-one-Factory initiative.
