The former Inspector General of the Ghana Police Service may not have the breathing space in the hands of Kwaku Annan as the journalist now seems to have a stronger grounds against him. News has flown throughout the country that the former IGP who filed a case against the member of parliament for Assin Central, honourable Kennedy Agyapong, and the host of "The Seat" show on Net2 TV Kwaku Annan for alleged defamation of character.
