The minority in parliament has called for another vote of censure against Kwaku Agyemang Manu, the minister of health. Dr. James Klutse Avedzi, an MP for Ketu North, Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak, an MP for Asawase, and Ahmed Ibrahim, an MP for Banda, filed the motion in response to what the Caucus describes as engaging in international transactions without parliamentary approval, which is against article 181 of the 1992 Constitution.
