Health Minister Agyemang Manu Finally Submit Evidence Against NDC's Ato Forson.

According to Joynews, Ghana's Minister of Health Kwaku Agyemang Manu has finally submitted 10 key evidences of financial Loss against NDC's Cassiel Ato Forson. Cassiel Ato Forson was the Deputy minister of finance under the erstwhile John Dramani Mahama and the National Democratic Congress. According to the reports , Kwaku Agyemang Manu is still insisting that there were some financial misappropriation in the procurement and purchase of some Ambulances which looked like olden days cinema vans.

The Supreme Court of Ghana, in its latest update has sent a word of caution to lawyers; regarding how some of them uses court processes to frustrate prosecution of corruption cases. Expressing concern, over the trend by which some lawyer uses court processes to frustrate prosecution of corruption cases, Justice Nene Amegatcher, a Supreme Court Judge, stated that, he has observed, that some lawyers in Ghana, deliberately raise multiple objections, and utilize appeals all the way to the Supreme Court; and that, such habits must be stopped.
