Nkyinkyim is an art Installation/monument at Nuhalenya – Ada which is made of a wall-like structure which bears relief sculptures as well as sculptures in- the -round (out- door theatre) that tells stories of our Ghanaian/African ancestors. This project is to redefine African slavery through arts. Nkyinkyim installation is an evolving art installation which is attempting to use sculptures to tell the story of African heritage.

Bamfo Bissi is a Ghanaian snack mainly filled with carbohydrates and gives you instant energy when required. Ingredients 200g of milled corn flour 25g of Caster Sugar Pinch of Nutmeg 100ml of water 500ml of Sunflower oil 80g of Roasted peeled Peanuts Method Blend the water and 100g of the processed corn flour in a pot and spot on medium warmth.
