Lawyer Kwesi Afrifa has maintained his $5 million bribery allegation against the Chief Justice, Kwesi Anim Yeboah. The Kumasi-based lawyer reiterated his position against Anim Yeboah after he voluntarily stormed the CID headquarters to answer questions regarding his allegation. He made the bribery allegation in a letter to the General Legal Counsel in response to a petition against him by Ogyeedom Obranu Kwesi Atta VII, his former client.
A young police woman was found dead in a hotel in Nkawkaw in the Eastern region. Her name is reported to be Lands Coporal Sarah Agyei of the Nkawkaw Divisional Police Station. She left a note with the name Timothy Dampare and number on it.
