A 64-year-old retired police officer has been found dead on his farm in Asitey Mountains in Lower Manya Krobo Municipality in the Eastern Region. ASP (rtd) Peter Kwadwo Tawiah left home Thursday morning, at about 7:00 am to his farm, but failed to return. Police officers were quickly dispatched to the farm in search of him and he was found motionless.
According to the Ghana Police Service, the Ghanaian dancehall artist Charles Nii Armah Mensah Junoir, also known as Shata Wale, and three others who were arrested have not been granted bail.
