Mr. Kissi Agyabeng, the Special Prosecutor, has done something that would put him in the good books of most Ghanaians for his unflinching posture against corruption in the country. The Office of the Special Prosecutor(OSP) led by Lawyer Kissi Agyabeng has succeeded in recovering more than GHS 1 million from Labianca foods in unpaid import duties. The Company is owned by a Council of State Member, Ms. Eunice Jacqueline Buah Asomah-Hinneh.
