Ashaiman Constituency MP, Ernest Norgeby, rejected the recent prediction from the Economic Information Unit (EIU) that the NDC can only win the 2024 presidential election if it introduces a new candidate other than John Dramani Mahama. He insisted that Mr. Maham is the best candidate for the 2024 election due to his history in politics, adding that it would be unwise for the party to introduce a new candidate, as that candidate must first be accepted by the party's grassroots before preparation.
