Director-General Of GES Lauds District Directors Supporting The Communities Of Excellence Program
Ag. DG lauds District Directors supporting the Communities of Excellence program. The Acting Director-General of GES, Dr. Eric Nkansah has commended education leaders facilitating the Communities of Excellence program. Dr. Nkansah said this when he called on Management of Transforming Teaching, & Learning (T-TEL) on Wednesday November 2.

PRO of Ministry Of Education Tours BECE Centers in The Asante-Akim North Distict.
The PRO for The Ministry of Education, Kwasi Kwarteng, today, 20th of October paid a working visit to the BECE centers in the Asante-Akim North District in Ashanti Region. According to the PRO, his tour to the examination centers was to monitor the conducts of the center and examination to keep the ministry updated, per the directives of the new GES director, Dr. Eric Nkansah and the Ministry of Education.

Dr Eric Nkansah Confirmed As Director-General Of GES.
Dr. Eric Nkansah has been confirmed as the Ghana Education Service's official Director-General (GES). In effect, all communications and memos should be addressed as such, according to a confirmation letter signed by Ms. Angela Frimpomaa Nkansah, the Acting Director, Human Resource Management Department, GES, and sent to all Regional Directors of Education.

President Akufo-Addo Appoints New Director General of Ghana Education Service
Following the sacking of Prof Opoku Amankwa as the Director General of GES, government has appointed Dr. Eric Nkansah as the new Director-General of Ghana Education Service. In a letter dated 19th October, the Secretary to the President, Nana Bediatuo Asante wrote; "Pursuant to Section 19 (1), (2) (a) and (b) of the Pre-Tertiary Education Act, 2020 (Act 1049), I am pleased to inform you that the President has appointed you to act as the Director General of the Ghana Education Service (the "Service") pending receipt of the constitutionally required advice of the governing Council of the Service, given in consultation with the Public Services Commission.

Akufo-Addo Appoints New GES Boss.
Dr. Eric Nkansah is appointed as Director-General of GES by President Akufo-Addo. The Ghana Education Service's new Director-General has been named by President Akufo-Addo Dr. Eric Nkansah (GES). He oversaw the tertiary division of the ministry and acted as the technical adviser to the minister of education.

New GES Director General's Appointment must be Terminated with Immediate Effect
A few days after the President of Ghana, Pres Nana Addo, dismissed Prof Opoku Amankwa as GES Director General, has appointed Dr Eric Nkansah as new Director General to the Ghana Education Service (GES). This current appointment by the President could not stand the test of time as the opposition to his new Director General appointed is very worrying and malignant.

Ghana Education Services Appoints a New Director General
The Ghana Education Service has appointed Dr. Eric Nkansah as the acting Director-General. He is currently the Director in charge of Tertiary Education at the Ministry of Education (GES). His appointment takes effect from October 19, 2022. He succeeds Professor Kwasi Opoku-Amankwa, whose secondment agreement has ended and he is now returning to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
