The GFA has taken an iron fist approach against some referees and their bad match officiating in league matches. This move is said to bring sanity and parity during matches and ensure an equal playing field for all teams. As a result, the GFA has struck its iron fist, hitting hard at referee Eso Doh Morrison, issuing him with an 8 match ban as a refree.
The disciplinary committee of the Ghana Football Association has today suspended referee Eso Doh Morrison for eight matches following a decision he took which the committee deemed dubious. Eso Doh Morrison, the referee in question awarded a dubious penalty against Hearts of Oak when they faced Aduana Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium in week three of the Ghana Premier League.
