Pupils at Assin Hasowodze D/A Basic School in the Central Region's Assin South District, who might have considered themselves fortunate to have access to ICT tools, are now falling behind in IT education due to a shortage of ICT teachers. The laptops were supplied by Ghana Investment Fund For Electronic Communications (GIFEC) approximately a year ago, but have since been left in limbo, according to Angel News' Akosua Akyere Kumiwaa.
