Yesterday 30th November 2021, it was dramatic in the Aflao circuit court when Gilbert Akakpo realised that his WASSCE results will arrive while he is in jail.

The Aflao Circuit Court has sentenced the final year student of Three Town Senior High School student who stabbed his ICT teacher with knife for four years in prison. The nineteen year old boy, Gilbert Akakpo was arraigned before the court by police prosecution for causing harm to John Kwashi Akey, an ICT tutor in August this year
Student stabs teacher; ordered to spend four years in jail
A final year senior high school (SHS) student, who drew a cutter and badly hurt a teacher in his school with it has been ordered by the Aflao Circuit Court, to serve a four-year prison term in hard labor. Gilbert Akakpo, aged 19 years, is a Visual Art student and in his final year at the Three Town Senior High School at Denu, in the Volta Region.
