The Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), the fire fighting agency has admitted the public outcry and criticisms about their operations is fast demoralizing officers of the service. According to the GNFS, the situation of the public criticizing the service is worrying in the face of the challenges being faced by personnel of the service.
