The news gathered this evening indicates that a bus that was travelling from Accra with its occupants got to Winneba junction on the Kasoa road and its mate got down from the bus to answer natures call. When the mate was crossing the road to the other side of the road, another bus that was coming from Kasoa heading toward Winneba knocked the mate down killing him instantly. The bus then run into the other bus that was standing with its occupants waiting for the mate to turn up and injured several of its occupants.
After two buses collided near Gomoa Mampong on the Kasoa-Winneba Highway in the Central Region, ten people were reported dead.
