Godwin Edudzi Tamakloe, a lawyer affiliated with the National Democratic Congress has been struggling to punch holes in the case brought against the beleaguered Assin North Member of Parliament (MP). James Gyekye Quayson has been criminally charged with deceit of a public officer, perjury and forgery but Edudzi Tamakloe does not see why it should be the Attorney-General pressing the charges and not the Electoral Commission.
