The Achimota School and the Attorney General has gone back to court to challenge the verdict of the High Court about the Admission of the two Rastafarian boys. The young men sued the Achimota School Board of Governors, the Minister of Education, Ghana Education Service, and the Attorney General for declining to enroll them after they gain admission, the boys were denied admission due to their Rasta hairstyle.

Lawyers of the the MP led by Godwin Kudzo Tamakloe Esq., at the Court of Appeal, Accra demanding that the said order be set aside.
