She has been slapped with two charges which are: mining without a license, and engaging in the sale and purchase of minerals without a valid license.

Aisha Huang is a Chinese who is involved in illegal mining and has ever been arrested and prosecuted before in 2019. Aisha Huang previously escaped prosecution in Accra, when she was arrested she returned to her country(China) and there she changed her identity. Currently speaking Aisha Huang has returned to Ghana again to commit the same crime she was prosecuted for and escaped earlier in 2019.
