The director of research and communication at PURC, Dr. Kofi Obutey has dropped some facts about the ECG. Speaking with Alfred Ocansey on 3FM this morning, Dr. Obutey revealed that it is by law for the ECG to compensate Ghanaians whose appliances get damaged as a result of power fluctuations.
