The President on Tuesday, August 17 inaugurated the building of some 111 District hospitals throughout the country. Funding for the projects, according to Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah had been secured through the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund. The Minister told the media that the administration had secured $100million for the project and re-reiterated: “Currently, commencing funding of $100 million has been made available for the project through the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund”.

Ghanaian journalist, Afia Pokuaa, has called on the New Patriotic Party to rise from its high horse and admit that the ground is not conducive to their success in 2024.
