On Monday, 5th July 2021 news about new conjoined twins broke in Ghana. It became sad news because these children needed GHS3 million to undergo surgery for separation. The Manager of Programmes at the Ghana Integrity Initiative, Mary Addah, has told President Akufo Addo that whether the Health Minister, Kwaku Agyeman Manu should be punished is not about loyalty, but it's about the laws of Ghana and Ghanaians will not shut up about it.

The Italy Ambassador to Ghana, H.E. Daniela d’Orlandi has paid a courtesy call on the Minister for Health, Hon Kwaku Agyeman-Manu in Accra. Ghana has been selected as the World Health Organization's (WHO) Framework Convention on Tobacco Control's Phase Three 2030 project country (FCTC). This includes financial and technical assistance to help the government create and implement a comprehensive national tobacco control strategy. The country was chosen following a thorough screening process conducted by representatives from the WHO FCTC Secretariat, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the World Health Organization (WHO).
