I find this situation not encouraging at all to see most Ghanaians living a life without the nose mask. However , I find it very difficult to understand the reasoning of some people and some authorities who are suppose to enforce and ensure that the right thing is done. This is a personal observstion I have made for some time now. I find it difficult anytime I see people out there without the Nose mask or people not observing the protocols. Anytime people see me they wonder why I have my mask on. But I don't
