Referee assaulted by a fan during Tema Youth - Liberty Professionals division 1 game.

Ghana football has been riddled with hooliganism for a long time. The lower leagues are mostly the culprits of such hooligans. We should not sit and fold our arms for the worst to happen before we take action. Punitive measures are not taken against perpetrators of such acts therefore they are doing it continuously without fear.
