Mr. Samuel A. Jinapor, minister for lands and natural resources has made public the penalty imposed on MAXAM Ghana Limited regarding the explosion that happened on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at Apiate. According to a release from the Ministry of Land and natural resources on Monday, January 7, 2022, Mr. Jinapor made known the findings of the three-member committee that was established to conduct investigations into the matter thus a regulatory breach.
