5 MMDCEs Likely not to be Retained in Upper West Region
People are becoming more eager to know the list of MMDCEs in order for development to go on within the various districts in the country. The Assembly member for Dandafuro-Tampieni-Gurimuni located in the Upper West Region, Mr. Sori-nye Francis has expressed disgust and frustration with the delay in releasing the list of MMDCEs in the country.

A building has collapsed partially on two children in Duu West, a community in the Wa East District of Upper West Region.Speaking to the Residents, they explained that the rains started heavily late hours of 28th April 2021 for over 7 hours, due to the storm that followed it, son roofing sheets were ripped off whilst others fell in the room piercing the skin of a girl and a boy who were fast asleep.
