Nana Kwame Ampadu was born on the 31st of March 1945 and died on the 28th of September 2021. Nana Ampadu was born at Obo kwahu in the Eastern Region of Ghana. His birth name was Patrick Kwame Ampadu and his parents were Opanying Kwame Ampadu and Mercy Afua Ntiriwaa.
