Schools reopening date; Private schools propose to government
Some Private schools in Ghana are demanding that there should be a partial reopening of schools all over the country starting mid-June this year. As in their proposal to the Ghana Education Service, the National Association of Private Schools in Ghana (GNAPS) and the Conference of Heads of Private Secondary Schools (CHOPSS) are combined with the view that safety mechanisms has to be rolled out as soon as possible to pave the way for, at least, final-year students in all senior high schools to reopen school.

Teachers didn’t call for Closure of schools and Cannot forgo 50% of Salary - Ministry of Education
The Ministry of Education has reacted to Prof Stephen Adei’s involve a 50% pay cut on the salary of teachers who want to stay away from school in this pandemic. Shut Down Schools To Avert Covid-19 Spread – NCPTAs

DCE Shuts Down Dwenti SHS For Breaching COVID-19 Protocols
A private school in Sekyere Kumawu District; Dwenti Senior High School has been shut down by the District Chief Executive of the District after it breached various instituted COVID-19 protocols whiles in school along with which both the headmaster and the school's proprietor have been arrested by the police.
