The member of parliament for North Tongu constituency in the Volta region, Honorable Okudzeto Ablakwa has dropped some revelations about the National Cathedral project. In an interview on Pan African Television this morning, the law maker revealed that some top members of the board of trustees never knew that the government had withdrawn huge amounts of money from the consolidated fund for the purposes of the cathedral project.
The member of Parliament for North Tongu Constituency Honorable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa known for initiating many projects in his constituency, has commented that he has fulfilled his promise to Aveyime Battor Secondary Technical. In a post shared on his official Facebook page on Saturday, 8th October 2022, Okudzeto Ablakwa wrote;

Member of Parliament (MP) for North Tongu Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has said that Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta has violated the Constitution and should not only be sacked but prosecuted and jailed, he mentioned this on a metro television morning show program [Good Morning Ghana]. Okudzeto Ablakwa revealed that President Akufo Addo released an amount of ¢5 million to GOIL to supply fuel to all government ambulances in the country.

According to Mr Okudzeto, the national ambulance services has free supply of fuel and and the government has contract with GOIL for regular free supply of fuel to aid their services.
