Information reaching "Asaase" radio indicates that eleven (11) children at Paga have sustained various degrees of injuries, following an unexpected rainstorm. According to the reports from Asaase 99.5 FM, the eleven (11) children who were injured are students of Paga E/A primary school.

On Monday (March 21), a strong rainfall rushed over the Kassena-Nankana West District, ripping off the roofs of buildings and schools in the town. A journalist who works for TV3 has this morning been picked up by the customs division of the Ghana Revenue Authority in the Upper East region of Ghana. The journalist who goes by the name Mohammed Rabiu Tanko was arrested for covering a story. According to 3news and TV3 online, the reporter was at the border to investigate an allegations by some truck drivers who alleged that the customs officers were charging huge amounts for parking.
