KNUST lecturer Dr. Wilberforce Nkrumah Aggrey who is accused of playing a role in the disappearance of his wife, Rhodaline Amoah-Darko, a Senior Lands Administrative Officer at the Kumasi office of the Lands Commission, was today arranged before the Kumasi High Court after fresh charges of deceit of a public officer at the Asokwa District Court.

The recent circulating news that has undoubtedly sparked massive stir, debates and arguments across all social media platforms is the Lands Commission employee’s husband over his wife’s disappearance and alleged kidnapping. Mrs Rhodaline Amoah-Darko was reportedly missing after the victim allegedly left her house at Gyinase in Kumasi for work on August 30, 2021 but unexpectedly never returned home till date.
There is currently different twist and turns in the sudden disappearance of Lands Commission staff, Rhodaline Amoah-Darko. The new twists to the case are being unfolded after her husband, Dr. Wilberforce Aggrey was arrested and paraded before the court. His account in the Asokwa District Court has caused his remand for further investigations.

Three persons belonging to a robbery gang, which has been linked to series of highway robbery attacks on the Kintampo-Buipe road have been arrested and detained by the police. Their names have been given as Sule Adama and Mahamadu Jabi. The third person is a juvenile and cannot therefore be named.

Dr Aggrey is currently standing trial for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping of his wife, Rhodaline Amoah-Darko Dr. Wilberforce Aggrey, the spouse of the Ashanti Regional Lands Commission official who went missing, was denied bail by the Court on Friday, 14 January. The KNUST lecturer is currently on trial for allegedly abducting his wife, Rhodaline Amoah-Darko.
The prosecution of the case in which a lecturer at the Department of Petroleum Engineering of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) is standing trial over the disappearance of his wife, is now going to be done by the Attorney General (AG).
Dr. Wilberforce Aggrey, a lecturer at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has been remanded by the Asokwa District court over the disappearance of the administrator for Ashanti regional Lands Commission, Mrs. Rhodaline Amoah-Darko. The suspect has been charged with Kidnapping. The news about his wife’s disappearance was reported to the police on 2nd September 2021 with the information that the victim had been kidnapped, the prosecutor pointed out.
