Ghana's Special Prosecutor Loses First Case In Court.
Ghana's Special Prosecutor Mr Kissi Agyebeng loses his first court case. An Accra High Court has expelled a petition made by the Office of the Special Prosecutor Mr Kissi Agyebeng to permit him the resort to freezing the assets of the late CEO of Ghana's Forestry Commission, Kwadwo Owusu, popularly known as Sir John.It emerged that the Will of the late CEO of Ghana's Forestry Commission Mr Sir John Owusu popularly known as Sir John contained some parcels of land at the Achimota Forest Reserve and the Sakumono Ramsar site.
