First Batch Of Degree Teachers Complete from the Colleges Of Education On 28th October 2022.

On 28th October 2022, the first batch of teachers complete from the 46 colleges of education in Ghana ever since it was upgraded to a degree. It was formally a diploma until the Akufo-Addo and Bawumia government upgraded it to a degree in early 2018. Formally all colleges of education were only affiliated with the University of Cape Coast(UCC).

The Twenty-three-year-old whose name was identified as Safina Mohammed Adizatu, according to the police, was assisted by one Michael Fiifi Ampofo Arku a Technical Officer at Legon, in committing the crime.

According to authorities, a suspect is on the run after a shooting at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville on Sunday night resulted in at least three fatalities and two injuries. University of Virginia President Jim Ryan identified the suspect as student Christopher Darnell Jones, Jr. in a statement issued to the campus community early on Monday that school officials later shared with ABC News.
