Some Staff of Ghana Education Service have finished with their 3 day workshop in All Parts of Upper West Region on the 15th of January 2022. The Workshop Begun on the 13th instead of the 12th for reasons not disclosed by the Education Directorate. Drunk Driver Runs Over Motorcyclist In Wa

A motorcyclist in Wa met his untimely death at the main traffic on the Rawlings Street in the Upper West Rregional capital after he was ran over by a driver of Toyota Fortuner vehicle with registration number GW 977- 14. The incident happened late Tuesday afternoon as the rider is thought to have parked on the highway waiting for the traffic to turn green for him to move but the driver of the fortuner vehicle who is believed to have been driving under the influence of alcohol failed to observe the traffic and rammed the cyclist, killing him instantly.Eye witness said, after running the cyclist over, the reckless driver also dragged him under his car for a considerable distance before crashing into other vehicles before finally managing to halt at a nearby filling station.

Two people were killed when their motorcycle collided with a vehicle in Bole

Two people on a motorbike have died in a collision with a Toyota Camry with registration number GR -9045-19 at Bole in the Savannah Region. The dead have been identified as 42-year-old Kwesi Dari and 43-year-old Tangoba Kwabena. According to an eyewitness, who only gave his name as Haruna, the Camry driver was heading towards Wa while the two on the motorbike were also travelling from Sawla to Bole.
