The Deputy spokesman for the Ministry of Education, Mr Yaw Opoku Mensah after graduate teachers raised concerns over the recruitment deadline has said the Ghana Education Service will recruit teachers before December 31, 2021. Speaking to on Thursday, November 18th 2021 at the Point program on Citinewsroom the Education Ministry spokesperson said even though the 2021 academic year is about to end however his outfit and the GES are working to start the recruitment proces.

Ghana Police Service (GPS) has attributed the limited cases of school property damaged by final year students who sat for the just-ended WASSCE for School to their adequate measures been put in place during and after the examination.
